Agents of Change was born from a simple conviction: that every Christian, anywhere in the world, can fully live their identity in Christ.
Our story
We started in March 2020
In the middle of a global pandemic, Álvaro and Victoria launched Agents of Change with the certainty that identity in Christ is not an abstract theological concept — it is the most practical and transforming reality there is.
What started as a local effort in Costa Rica has extended to communities across Latin America and beyond. Today we produce content in Spanish and English, run events, and equip churches with free resources.

Founder & minister
Entrepreneur, consultant and Christian minister. Álvaro has spent over two decades equipping believers to live their identity in Christ across every area of life.
Victoria Burgués
Co-founder
Victoria brings deep pastoral vision and a heart for community. Her focus on spiritual formation has been central to the development of Agents of Change resources.
